HELP!! Shaking like crazy

What's up everyone! I got a 91 XJ and I was sitting in it during lunch today with it running and after about 15 minutes it's started to shake a bit. Kinda like I had a big block in it. When I drive it, it shakes like crazy. It feels like I'm down a cylinder but I have no lose of power and the RPMs don't jump around on me. It's happened before but only when it rains for a few days straight and it's been raining for 3 days straight now. Some help would be nice. Thanks!!
