Header for 2.5L or stock manfiold?

Not really looking for anything other than information.

What would be the best for the 2.5L a header or a new factory manifold?

This is with a new exhaust all the way back (Hi flow cat and straight through muffler (Magnaflow).

Also, anyone know the outlet size of the factory manifold? 2.25 or 2.5? and what would be the best overall exhaust pipe size for the 4cyl 2.25 or 2.5?

I put a Pacesetter header in my 2.5 liter engine about 4 years ago and it rusted out in a couple of places, and I live in the desert. I cleaned up the stock header that had become yard art and put it back in. I'm happy with the stock header. Also the after market header required that I lengthen the wires on the oxygen sensor, kinda PITA.
