Gaskets question

I am replacing all the gaskets in a 92 4.0 and have a few questions.

1.) are there any that I need to use any Lube or grease on? Some are cardboard, seems weird.

2. The kit
Came with a gasket that I cannot place. It's similar to that'd of te rear main seal but is larger. Any idea what this seal is?

Just want to make sure I don't forget anything or screw something up that will cause a leak.
