front DS cv u-joint replacement/grease

Is there a write-up on how to change the u-joints on the cv assembly? I can do regular single joints easily but where do i start on the double cardian cv assemblies? I just can't see how it comes apart.....or i'm just dumb

1999 TJ 2.5L 5spd 2" lift
