Exhaust Manifold opinions

I need to replace my manifold. It has a crack between #2 and #3.
I've got the 2.5L in my '97 TJ
I have found Dorman and OMIX-ADA sell one.
The price is relatively close between the two.
The Dorman has a heat shield and a plugged hole near the tailpipe junction.
The OMIX-ADA has neither.
Does anyone have an opinion on which manifold is better? Better fit? Better quality?
I do thing the Dorman comes with a lifetime warranty, not sure I will keep the jeep that long.
Also, I would think I should replace the studs and bolts during this task.
I assume I can use the standard bolts found at a hardware store.
Where would i find the studs?

Thanks, the banks is just so expensive.
I may look for an OEM one in a salvage yard
