Engine Swap, XJ

I've got a 91 XJ with the 4.0l Inline six motor(204k) in it and I have an inline six motor from a 97 Wrangler. I was wonder will everything match up or will I have to change things like wiring harness or mounts or any of that jazz that might cause a problem or would it just be easier to get a rebuild kit for it and do that way.

A 97 Wrangler engine block will fit in a 91 XJ Cherokee. You will have to re-use 1991 parts as needed/required: intake/exhaust manifolds, flywheel, sensors, fan belt driven accessories, etc.
