Electrical problem

Hello,
great forum you guys have here. I have an 89 Wrangler with a straight 6 and recently have been experiencing periodic engine shut-off. In essence, the Jeep will literally shut off while I am driving and then turn back on again (assuming that is happening because I'm basically pop starting the thing as I go). Occassionally, when I start her up in the morning, the engine will idle normally then just stop...at that point, she will not start for a while, just turns over. I noticed I wasnt' getting spark at my plugs, so I started replacing stuff - New Coil, New Capacitor, New Distributor cap, rotor and pickup. Still no change. What else is there within the electronic setup that could be causing this?? Thanks in advance.

I'd look at the ignition Control Module... Seems to be a common problem...
