difference btwn the 4.0 and the 4.0 HO

I just bought a '93 Cherokee, in great shape. The last one I owned I bought new in '84 and sold for a full size truck in '90. So, I'm relearning all the stuff about Cherokee's all over again.

In English, what are the main differences between the 4.0 and the 4.0 HO?
... and, what's your opinion of the '93 Cherokee "County" model, 4.0, auto ??

Put a lift and tires on 'em and they all look good. As far as the diff between a 4.0 and a HO, mostly electronics. There are other diffs, like some head reworking for improved air flow. The exhaust manifolds were redesigned to be more like a header than before but the biggest change was the computer design.
