Mine sure was. After I replaced the track bar bushing with minimal to no change in wobble (not full on DW, more of the 'shimmy'), I went to Discount Tire to have the front wheels Road Force balanced. NO MORE WOBBLE/SHIMMY!!! I'm glad I read that on here somewhere!
