Dana 35 Locker Difference?

What is the difference between the Dana 35 Locker 2310 and the 2311? 90 and up Dana 35s all have c-clips. Just wondering why they show two lockers for the non ABS Dana 35's?

'89 and older are non c-clip axles. Neither type of Dana 35c is suitable for any kind of locker though, they are simply not strong enough to be reliable on the trail once a locker has been installed into them. Their axleshafts tend to snap once a locker has been installed, they just aren't up to the 100% increase in torque a locker can apply to an axleshaft.

X2, its not worth dumping money into a locker for the d35. spend the money you have right now for your locker on a new axle and then later on down the road grab a locker for the new axle. as jerry said, the d35 simply isnt ment for bigger tires and especially bigger tires locked.
