Dana 30 Seals leaking

Looking for ideas...I Professionally installed Eaton E-Locker along with G-2 Chromolly shafts in my front Dana 30. (2006 Unlimited-Non Rubicon) They put two quarts oil in the diff. New everything, bearings seals...etc. Seals leaked like a sieve when i got home. Tore it down and installed yet 2 more inner seals, very carefully I might add, as not to damage with shaft splines. Re-filled with 1.5 quarts oil. Now only passenger side is leaking. Anyone have any ideas on what to check??

Going to tear down again, replace yet 2 more seals and check for proper seal seatment and outer shaft spline diameter vs inner locker spline diameter. I compared the G-2 shaft diameter with the stock shaft diameter with a new seal prior to installation the second time and were the same. I'm also going with the recommended 1.25 quarts of lube. Can't think of anything else to check. Please let me know if anyone has any other ideas.

Having the same Problem with my passenger seal I would like to know what you did to fix it and if you could tell me how you like the E-Locker since I'm thinking about on in the front of my Jeep
