D44 Pinion Seal

How hard is it to replace this seal?

Looks like it's just remove the yoke nut, remove the yoke, pull the bad seal, insert new seal, replace the yoke, torque the nut... is it that simple? Any tricks?

It's not leaking bad, more like weeping but enough to leave a quarter size spot on the driveway.

What's the torque setting on the nut?

TIA,
Greg
