Cylinder 1 Missfire - please Help!!

Gents & Ladies

My 2004 WJ Overland is showing a reoccuring cylinder 1 missifre code and engine light. On a cold start, it idles very rough, shutters and shakes. After about a minute, the shakes go away and it sounds normal.

I've had the plugs changes, injectors torn apart and cleaned, and the throttle position sensor replaced under warranty at the dealership and the issue was gone. Now i'm confused as the same problem has come back.

Coil Pack, bad wires, fuel pump?? I don't know where to go next?
