Crankcase/Oil System Flush

What's an effective method of flushing the crankcase/oil system after the oil has been contaminated with anti-freeze?

Get the cheapest oil you can buy run for a few miles and drain again. I would be a fraid of a real flush knocking some crud into an oil galley and ruining your day. So cheap oil would be my best bet with new filters.
