From the frame? More info needed... Where exactly... be more specific.
Here's a list of culprits...

1) Water pump weap hole...when the water pump begins to go, it will piss small amounts of coolant out of the weap hole.

2) Water pump gasket

3) Radiator hoses

4) Radiator

5) Thermostat housing gasket

6) Freezeplugs in the engine block

I just had this happen to me. The leak was coming from my water pump. I replaced my radiator hoses and clutch fan while I was at it because the hoses were a little mushy and the clutch fan was a little wobbly. I took it to my local radiator shop and it cost me $420 to fix.

That helps... could be the heater hoses going into the firewall or a leaking freeze plug...

Check under your passenger side carpet. I'll bet it is A/C leaking under carpet and draining out through frame. Been there and done that.
