coolant flush write up?

anyone know of one? or care to quickly explain. so many different things ive read. which hose to disconnect. wich one to burp. when to run motor. when to add fluid. ect

Best way I have found is to pull the upper radiator hose and stick a water hose in the upper radiator inlet.

Turn the water on low to keep the radiator full, start the motor and turn the heater on.

When the water runs clear from the upper hose (after the motor has warmed up and the thermostat has opened) you can drain the water from the radiator and refill with antifreeze.
