Clutch release

I had problems shift. I was not able to put it in gear. So I took transmission off. It was the Hydraulic pulley. I took it off and changed the clutch and clutch master cylinder while at it. It worked great. Then a couple of months passed. Same problem started, and the clutch pedal was getting soft and not return back to normal level. So changed everything again thinking clutch and master cylinder were defected. Still have the same problem. Any ideas.
