clutch issues.. need some help

i replaced the clutch slave cylinder in a 93 YJ and it worked for about a week. i could see fluid leaking out from the clutch housing so i dropped tranny and put a new slave in, before i put her back together is there anything else it could be? or maybe i installed the last one wrong? any ideas would help
