Clunky gearbox??

Hi everyone,

This is my first post to this forum...

I have a 3 month old 2012 Rubi, and took it through some trails in the mountains yesterday. It performed great, but one thing that annoys me is how clunky the gearbox feels. Whenever I hit a bump or go over a large rock it feels like the gearbox is rocking back and forth. It also happens frequently when I travel over a speed bump on paved roads, even at slow speeds. I also notice a slight delay when I accelerate and then a mild slam that I can feel.

Since this is my first Jeep, is this normal? Or should I have it looked at?
