Clicks/clunks from somewhere in my drivetrain..

Ok this is my first post on here so I'm not sure if this is the right place or not.. but I have an 02 tj 4L with a D35 and a Aussie lunchbox locker, one day I slammed on the breaks and blew my locker up while it was disengaged somehow.. now after replacing it I have a weird tick while I'm turning and sometimes when im going slow in 1st or reverse with the wheel turned and puts the clutch the jeep clunks and hops. Iv had it to a shop twice and they've had my whole rear diff torn apart and nothing is wrong back there. I'm thinking maybe it's a tcase issue? Anyone had any type of similar issues/tips on what to look for?
