Cat problems

I think I may have them. Not sure, just wounsering if its a common thing for thr 4.0

Well previous owner has the whole rig.. Well rigged together.. My cherry bomb is loss on the exhaust, and when I "wiggle" the exhaust, I can hear rattling. And my cat just sounds restricted and woundering if cats are a problem
