Can someone please tell me what is causing this?

I got a 95' grand cherokee 5.2 liter automatic. In warm weather and once the motor warms up itll run like its flooding out. But if you turn it off or it dies and you turn the key itll fire up. Sometimes you got to restart it 3-4 times before itll run right not rough and wanting to die. The warmer the weather the worse it acts up. Changed fuel pump and filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, p.c.v valve, fuel injector seals or o-rings, cleaned out throttle body. Nothing helps and i cant keep buying parts like this. Does any one know whats causing this. Thanks for taking time to read this.

Your cam or crank sensor could be bad and throwing the ECM wrong timing which is why it wont run right. If it threw a check engine light you could get a computer hooked up to check it out to see if that is it.
