Cam Seal?

2005 TJ (2.4 litre) with major oil leak - Originally thought it was coming from crank seal, but on further inspection, it's running out from upper timing belt cover.

I'm assuming cam-shaft seal(s). Has anyone attempted this repair? If so, any pointers?

If it's not the cam seal, any other suggestions what it might be?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm on a tight budget, and am doing everything I can to avoid a trip to the dealer...

Thanks so much!
