Boging Engine in 89 Wrangler

My girlfriend drives an 89 Wrangler with the 4.0 in it. Lately, if she drives long distances on the highway, for about an hour or so, the engine bogs down and wont go above 45 or so. Anyone have a similiar problem or know of a diagnosis? It did the same thing about half a year ago and the rocker arms were replaced. It only does it if it's drove for a half hour to an hour. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks for the help.
