Best Tranny and T/C?
I have a 97 Grand Cherokee Laredo. 4.0L I6.

I'm looking to upgrade the tranny and t/c. I heard np231, and 242. I'm new to jeeps and have no idea what I have and what the best thing to have is. Please help out a newbie. Thanks

231 is a little stronger, 242 has full time option. Try again in the ZJ/WJ forum, you'll get more responses.
