Best tranny option for built Wagoneer

I have a 401 with around 380 HP and 450+FT/LBS with a 727 I just had rebuilt behind it.

I want a stick to make best use out of the new engines power. What do y'all recommend in terms of a 4 or 5 speed? My relative has shipping containers full of all kinds of transmissions. Not many jeep ones though.

What would be the cheapest, strongest tranny to swap? I know I'll need a flexplate, clutch, pedal assembly( and tips?), master cylinder, new drive shafts?, crossmember?
