I don't even have a clue what you just said. I haven't seen a programmer that will fix the gear ratio. The only way I've found to do that is to replace the ring & pinon gears to a lower ratio. That will improve the power as well if you've gone to bigger tires.

A programmer won't help with your speedometer unless you have an ABS computer (I'm guessing that's what you mean by gear ratio). If not you will have to physically change the ring and pinions in your differentials. Programmers also don't add power, they change automatic transmission shift points and remap fuel/timing curves (except in turbo diesel applications where they actually do something). If you see 2 hp and 3 ftlbs of torque you will be doing good, and hey there's a code reader built in, so that's something. I see you are new here, could you please fill out your vehicle information? It helps with knowing what your TJ may be equipped with. Welcome to jeepforum, letting us know you are going commando is brave (and a bit creepy).
