Best I-6 Replacement/Stroker/Rebuilt Motors

I recently blew my head gasket, radiator, and thermostat. I don't want to replace the gasket and have the bottom end go out on me, so I am on the hunt for a replacement motor. I would love some more power so I am considering a stroker or a beefed up 4.0L. I'd love to throw a 350 and a manual transmission in this bad boy but that sounds like a lot of time and money and this is my daily commuter, not a project. Reliability and quality is my primary concern so if anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.
