Basic All around specs of a '83 Jeep Cherokee Laredo.

The Engine is an AMC 360 w/2bbl motorcraft carb.
I just want to know the specs such as stock hp/torque( How to improve it?)
The model the tranny possibly(I know it has 3 gears)? How many amps out of the alternator?

Im very ignorant to this build. i find certain things over the net of hp/ ft-lb but im not sure of my the build of this engine does it have something upgraded? all i know is my uncle converted it from propane to gas from simply putting on a carb. also i read in his notes he took out the smog can and noticed more hp out of the engine. Shes really rough right now im looking for pictures to show.

The build he wanted was suppose to go over 360 hp with around 430lb of torque. a mechanic from a custom parts store wrote him some things to put on. Still searching for those notes though..
