Bad Vibration.

I have a 04 Rubicon with RE 5.5 lift and 35's. My jeep has a bad vibration. I bought Tom Woods rear drive shaft and exchanged once thinking that the shaft was bad, but no luck. I bought 4.5 rear springs and the vibe will go away but the the jeep won't sit level. I want to put the 5.5 in and have no vibes. This is a manual tranny and I heard that I could possibly remove the balancer off the t-case to try help. The vibes are worse at 65-70 and it pulses. I know for sure this is coming from the rear shaft. I have messing and adjusting for about 1 1/2 years, but just have putting up with it. Any help or advise would be appreciated. Thanks
