anyone ever put a 42re into a YJ

Well, I have a 92 YJ, 4.0 auto.
I am told by someone who says they have done it that you can easily swap in a 42re into the YJ. I'd be using the hydraulically controlled 42re. He says all I need in the flex plate and torque converter from the donor vehicle.
So, is this as simple as it seems??
Can it really be too good to be true?
