annoying noises. anyone experienced them?

okay so i have a few bothersome issues any help would be much appreciated
2003 tj. if its any help p1391 and p0455 are on right now.



there is a gurgling metal knock when sitting still , am in neutral and my foot is of the clutch pedal. throw out bearing?

mit sounds like my rotor grinds against the pad when i turn left? is this the case or is it a whheeel bearing? how to tell?

also i have a good clank from what sounds like the front pass wheel whenever i hit a good bump. doesnt matter if sway bar is disconnected or not so it isnt a link. th
