air control valve housing

I recently was cleaning my throttle body for my 99 jgc. And when i got to the air control valve housing i found that the plastic gasket had several cracks in it and fell apart when i touched it. I have been trying to find a replacement with no luck, it looks like my only option is to buy the entire throttle body ($250+). Which i am not trying to do. Is there any other option? Maybe use some sort of sealent? Please anyone got any ideas?
