Aftermarket 4.0L Exhaust Manifold that won't crack?

I've seen all kinds of threads on cracked exhaust manifolds. What I want to know is the strongest replacement. I've heard that even the expensive-as-hell banks headers crack.

Just make sure your engine and trans mounts are good and use a flex joint in your exhaust pipe where it crosses over uner the bell housing.

Amazon and eBay have a few, but all have mixed reviews. And the rugged ridge one has mixed reviews. If I do the work, I don't want to do it again. I'd like to hear from someone about an aftermarket manifold that doesn't crack.

Talked to a mechanic out at Happy Trails 4x4 here in Jacksonville, FL, they specialize in Jeeps, and he said the best replacement for the exhaust manifold is the OEM replacement sold by Napa for around 200. He said Borla makes a sweet set that cost $800 if you want to throw your money away but avoid the cheap knock offs because you'll just be replacing the manifold again in 6 months.

I'll settle for the stock 92 manifold. I really think flex pipe under the bell housing would significantly help too. There really aren't many options for aftermarket unless you like to patch stuff up with your own welds. I just don't have the equipment or patience.

He did mention to look for the one with flex pipe. He said the ones at napa usually have it.

Get one of the newer model TJ OEM two piece ones. OP, not sure if any option like that for XJs.
