I've had my aa sye on my jeep for over a year n half now. Recently I installed a ford 8.8 but didn't have my pinion angle set correctly and ran it with some vibration till I got it right. Now when i lit off the throttle to coast I get some vibration. Happens at 40-45 in 4th gear and again at 65-75 mph. When I grab my driveshaft and push and pull on it I can see the yoke on my transfer case go up and down. Could this cause my vibration? Did I wear a bearing out?

Sounds like a balance issue, you should start with rebalancing .
