98 Grand Cherokee 4.0 into 89 YJ?

I have seen where several people have swapped their 4.2 for a 4.0, so I know it's possible. My question is are there any other issues with using a 4.0 from a 98 Grand Cherokee besides those documented from using a Cherokee or TJ engine?

I've got a line on a complete engine with wiring and ECM. I would like to use this engine with my 4.2 crank and rods if it is about the same as the others mentioned.

Thank you in advance for all your help.
