97 zj 4.0

My 97 grand Cherokee 4.0 auto trans will run fine about 30 minutes then it starts sucking massive amounts of air and makes like it doesn't get fuel when u press the gas pedal it does nothing but after a few minutes it will run fine then does it again any help will be greatly appreciated

Sounds like a cracked intake manifold.

Do a YouTube search for finding vaccum leaks. You can use carb cleaner on a cold engine, or the safer method of propane to find the leak.

Local jeep shop told me could be bad converter so I'm gonna cut that off first and try that
