97 TJ Time to change 2.5L to 4.0L any advise?

Now that the 2.5L, w/ the hole in the side where the rod came through, is in the trash its time to figure out what do I need to put this 94 Cherokee 6 into this TJ.

I got the 4.0 block at the machine shop getting cleaned, punched out and new freeze plugs & cam bearings put in. The head is getting reworked, milled and valves ground. And the transmission, bell housing, and transfer case from the Cherokee is sitting on the garage floor.

I've been looking around for a thread on this process cause I know I'm not the first to do this and the info on the threads has me more confused than I like.

I thought about hooking the new 4.0 w/ the Cherokee bell housing up to the TJ trans and getting some motor mounts for the 4.0 but I read somewhere about cutting this or that and making parts?

Anybody out there want to chime in? I'm all ears....
