95 yj high oil pressure

So did an oil change the other day and now I'm getting an extremely high pressure reading while cold once the motor fully warms up its goes back to normal. Any thoughts? I'm thinking the pcv valve needs to be changed and the hoses need to be cleaned out do to sludge. Thanks for your input

It's not your PCV. What oil, etc. did you use?

You probably hit the oil pressure sending unit while changing the filter. Either the connection is loose or the unit is going out. They are under 30 bucks and easy to change out.

Check it again in a hundred miles or so. Polymers (viscosity improvers) in new oil take time to relax, Like a new polyester shirt....give it time
