94 YJ sounds bad.

I have a 1994 wrangler YJ with a 2.5L 4cylinder in it and original transmission, and last week i took off the skid plate which is also the cross member that supports the transmission and when i took it off the transmission mount broke, ive been driving it with out a transmission mount for about a week and right now it sounds like my transmission is about to fall out and the transfer case is very loud and sounds like its the chain is rubbing something or about to snap. What can i do to fix this or at least get rid of the noise?

Pretty self explanatory. Put a new mount back on and pray you didn't do damage.

May have damaged it. Mounts are extremely important. If you drove as much as you said I would guess you have bearing issues now.
