81 cj7 electric choke problem

Basically no fire to the wire. I have seen a thread somewhere, maybe here, about a relay problem.
I am not getting any power to the choke. No blown fuses. Where is this relay and what does she look like?

IIRC some of the older cars chokes got their power from a splice off of the oil pressure switch. No oil pressure no choke.
