8 1/4 rear axle help

from 40 to 50 mph i have a woo woo woo sound is that axle bearings?
when i let out of the gas its gone

Most likely it is u-joints in the rear drive shaft.

most likely its your pinion bearings, axle bearings will still make noise when off gas.
