4.3L engine swap fuel problem
I have a GM 4.3L TBI with a fuel pressure regulator inside the TBI unit and want to know if I need to regulate the fuel coming out of the fuel pump into the TBI unit? If so, where would the regulator go, before or after the TBI unit?

Well.....that depends....what kind of jeep is it going into??

GM TBI system only runs at like 15psi most 4.0 systems put out about 50psi.

I dare say if you hook it up without a regulator your likely to blow the internal TBI regulator.

If I need an inline fuel regulator, does it go between the fuel pump and the TBI unit?

Yes. It needs to bring the pressure down to a manageable level for the TBI unit.
