4.2l quit and won't start

Guys my daily went down on me and I really need to get this thing running. It has been hard to start lately and hesistating/stalling on me, but finally quit all together the other day and now turns over without trying to fire. Motor is a 76 4.2l with an HEI upgrade

I can see gas spray into the carb when I press the throttle. Pass
Compression is around 150psi in all but #3 (80psi) Not perfect, but pass
Have orange spark at the plugs. (has been orange since i've had it)
Coil and ignition module test good
Timing chain has 7/8" slack (1/2" is the service limit)

What's really puzzling me about this is I can't get it to even try to fire. Take it easy on me im mechanically inclined but still learning. Where should I go from here?

Spark should be blue no matter what.
