4.0 WJ Crankshaft Bearing fix, anything else?

I'm after some advice please.

Got a 2001 Grand Cherokee 4.0 with 77K on it, which developed a knocking noise from the bottom end. Inspection reveled a lose crankshaft bearing.
Believe this may have been due to a failing water pump, there was a degree of overheating over a couple of weeks usage.

So we've pulled the engine and got the crank ground at the machine shop.

The rest looks in good condition.

Is there anything else that is prudent to replace at this point?

Piston rings, Oil pump, rear oil seal, core plugs, timing chain?
Plan to replace the water pump and thermostat gasket

There's a large amount of other work that needs done, exhaust, brake discs, shocks, so I'm keen to avoid cost where possible i.e full rebuild. But will take any expert advice offered.

Any other parts missing form the shopping list, can the conrod bolts be reused? read something about the 4.7 using torque to yield, thought this a 4.0

Many Thanks
