4.0 fuel pressure question

Hello all,
I've got an '88 XJ 4.0, I'm ready to change the seals on the injectors and am wondering if there is anything I have to do to get the fuel pressure back up to specs after I get it back together other than running it.

do you mean like in the fuel rail?

if yes, you should be able to just start and go. might take a second though
