4.0 engine noise

Recently rebuilt the 4.0 engine of my 97 tj and it makes an annoying noise at around 3000rpm that I cannot pinpoint. Anyone have any idea what this might be or where to start looking? Belt was replaced with engine rebuild...

Thank you for looking

Check your intake manifold bolts. Watching the video it seems like it makes that noise when the throttle closes. I know an intake leak can make a whistling kind of sound and it's not that uncommon in a Jeep.
