3.7 rocker arm/lifter replacement

Hey all,

I am not all that internet savy, and was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a walk through for replacing the rocker arms/lifters on the 3.7 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Im a disabled vet and cannot do it myself, so my wifes step dad is tackling it for me, but asked that I find him a basic walk through and how too for adjusting them as well.

Any help would be much appreciated.
