2006 Rubicon. Need help with replacement cam and lifters

I know I could find the answers if I had good internet connection but I am 1200 miles from home at work trying to get parts for cam to be changed. My uncle said he do the work if I got all the parts. The Jeep only has 32,000 miles and has the bad cam/lifter and OPDA problem. I have a new OPDA but was wondering does anybody make just a replacement gear so I can have a spare.

Which cam shaft should I go with?
1. 505 performance stage 1 kit
2. Hesco
3. competition cam and lifters

While I am in there going to change oil pump. 505 performance has one for 75 dollars blue printed. High volume/low pressure. Who makes the best gasket set also? Last but not least who makes a good clutch kit? Done slipped mine more than once with 38's. I normally do this at home and my own work. But when i fly home for the Holidays I need my jeep to get around in. So any information would be very helpful.
