2004 WJ vacuum leak??

Okay, so I am new to this forum and I've done some research but can't seem to find anyone else who might be having the same problem as me.

Starting today my Jeep has been having a constant humming sound coming from the engine bay, it starts right as the engine turns over and is continuous for the whole ride. It sounds like it is under the throttle body or around the power steering area. To me it sounds like some sort of a vacuum leak. There is no check engine light on and it drives and performs just like it should. It is just pretty loud and very annoying, I tried feeling as many hoses as I could to see if there is a crack in the hose or something but am coming up empty handed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So it's a constant hiss like a vacuum leak? Is it consistent volume and pitch when revving?
